A Slice Of Bread Capybara Plush Framed Like a Portrait

A square of plush toast, golden crust on the outside and pale crumb inside, has a hole cut through the middle, and the capybara has put its head through it. The slice of bread capybara plush is the simplest idea in the range and probably the funniest one: the animal wears the slice like a collar, front paws resting on the bottom edge, eyes open for once, looking mildly caught in the act.

The Slice Lifts Off and Stands On Its Own

The toast is a separate padded ring, not a printed panel, so it holds a square shape by itself and can sit on a shelf as its own little object when you take it off. The crust is a darker band of fabric sewn all the way around the edge, and the crumb is a flat cream panel, which is why it still reads as bread from across a room instead of turning into a beige blob.

A Single 12 in Size

One format, 12 in (30 cm), big enough for the slice to have real presence and small enough to keep on a desk beside a monitor. The body is plush polyester over springy synthetic fiberfill, and the face is embroidered flat with nothing hard set into it. The height is the published figure for this model and is given for reference only; the two tones of the bread can shift a shade from one production run to the next.
