A Giant Capybara Plush With Nothing Added to It

No hood, no backpack, no fruit on the head. The giant capybara plush is the animal on its own, lying flat with its legs tucked under, a loaf shaped body in smooth honey coloured fur, a dark brown muzzle and two small dot eyes. That restraint is the point: it works in a room where a costumed plush would not, and it is the piece to reach for when you want scale rather than a character.

A Short Smooth Pile That Reads as a Cushion

The fabric here is flatter and silkier than the fluffy pieces in the range, closer to a velvet, which is what stops a plush this size from looking shaggy on a sofa. The fill is soft rather than firm, so the body flattens where you lean on it and recovers when you get up. Everything on the face is embroidered, and there are no seams, tags or hard parts where you would put your head.

Four Sizes, 16 in, 20 in, 24 in and 31 in

16 in (40 cm) is an armful, 20 in (50 cm) fills a chair, 24 in (60 cm) is a two armed hug, and 31 in (80 cm) is a floor cushion you can sprawl across. Because the shape is lying rather than sitting, the plush takes up more floor than the same figure would on an upright one, so measure your space before choosing. Heights are the published figures for this model and are indicative.
