An Orange Coffee Cup Capybara Plush Taking a Bath

The capybara is not drinking the coffee, it is sitting in it. A wide orange plush mug with a curved handle holds the animal up to its shoulders, a cream rim runs around the top and a small white towel with a red hot spring symbol hangs over the edge. A round orange fruit sits on its head. Between the mug, the saucer and the towel this is closer to a little scene than a single plush, and it is the piece that gets picked up and turned around the most.

The Mug and the Saucer Are Their Own Sewn Pieces

The cup is a stuffed plush shell with a real handle you can hook a finger through, and the flat saucer underneath is a separate padded disc, so the whole thing stands on its own on a shelf without propping. The towel is a woven patch stitched at one point and left loose, and the bath symbol is embroidered into it. The fruit on the head is sewn into the crown and does not come off.
