A Mermaid Capybara Plush With A Pastel Scale Tail

Where a capybara normally has a round belly, this mermaid capybara plush has a tail. The top half is a brown capybara with a dark muzzle and both arms thrown wide. From the waist down, the body becomes a plump tail covered in scales of pink, blue, lilac and white, each one outlined in gold. A shiny pink fin spreads out underneath, two pink shells make the top, and a pair of flowers is tucked beside one ear.

Bead Eyes, Shell Details And A Shimmer Fin

Up close, the eyes are small glossy black beads, and the nose and smile are black thread on the muzzle patch. The two flowers are flat fabric shapes, one pink with a yellow middle and one teal. Each shell on the chest is a raised pink piece with ridges stitched across it. A row of scalloped pink petals circles the waist where fur meets tail, and the fin has a smooth metallic finish that catches the light.

One 12 in Size That Stands On Its Fin

There is a single size: 12 in (30 cm). The wide fin works as a base, so the plush stands upright by itself on a desk, a dresser or a bookcase, and the gallery has it balanced on two open hands. Pair it with shells and beach finds for a display, or wrap it for the person who collects mermaid things and keeps an ocean theme at home. Heights are the published figures for this model and are given as a guide.
