A Lying Capybara Plush Stretched Out Flat On Its Belly

Flat on its belly, chin forward, four short legs poking out at the corners of a long, loaf shaped body: that is the whole pose of this lying capybara plush. The fur is a golden tan, darkening to brown on the muzzle, the inner ears and the feet. An orange with a small stem and a green leaf is balanced on the crown of the head, and the face underneath wears a small stitched smile.

The Face, The Feet And The Orange Up Top

Seen from the front, the head is nearly as wide as the body, with the eyes set far apart, each a solid oval of black embroidery. The muzzle patch, in a shorter brown pile, carries two slanted nostrils and a curved mouth in black thread. The orange is a round ball in smooth bright fabric, topped with a brown stem and one green leaf. From the side, the back runs in one low line from nose to rump, with the feet just showing below.

Lying Down In Three Sizes: 8 in, 12 in And 16 in

Because this model lies down, it needs a spot that is long rather than tall. At 8 in (20 cm), it is shown resting on one hand and fits beside a keyboard or on a monitor stand. Go up to 12 in (30 cm) for a night stand or a windowsill. The largest, 16 in (40 cm), takes both arms to carry, so plan a low, wide place for it, such as a console. Heights are the published figures for this model and are given as a guide.
